Hi! As I think most of you know, I started long distance running a few years ago. I’m still running, but doing something a little differently this time: I’ve spent the last several months training for the Seattle Rock ‘n’ Roll Half Marathon with the American Cancer Society’s training team. It’s been so much fun, and it’s such a nice change from running all those miles by myself.  I’m also raising money for ACS, which will go toward cancer research and to programs benefiting cancer patients and their families.
